This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a double-bay garage dominating the front facade with an entrance to one
side on a wood deck. The asymmetrical facade consists of an off-center
front entrance with casement windows. The frame construction is finished
in shingles and rests on a concrete block foundation. The gable roof is
covered with brown asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. It lies parallel
to the street and has a raised central portion compatible with the original
lines of the roof.
