This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a projecting gable on brackets over the entry. The single-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 1/1
double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding
and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is a metal stovepipe.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a
carport of metal construction.
