This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan.
The two-bay facade has an off-center front entrance which cuts the corner
of the structure, and fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction
is finished in brick and beveled siding and rests on a low concrete founda-
tion. The hipped roof is covered with purple/gold asphalt shingles and
features boxed, overhaning eaves. There is a metal stovepipe. The
outbuildings include a detached two-car garage.
