This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gable overdoor above the centrally-located front entrance. The symmetrical
facade features 2/2 double-hung windows and fixed windows. The frame construction
is finished in beveled siding with grooved wood in the gables. It rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red-grey asphalt shingles
and lies parallel to the street. There is an attached garage.
