This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed
corner porch, concrete steps and a pipe railing out of the front intersecting gable
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front
entrance flanked by fixed and double-hung windows . The frame construction
is finished in cement asbestos siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with brown-gold asphalt shingles and features boxed
eaves. There are two metal stovepipes. Outbuildings include a garage. The
main axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
