This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an
attached garage. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset
paneled front entrance flanked by fixed windows with awnings. The frame con-
struction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with blue-grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves.
There are three chimneys , one brick and two metal . The axis of the roof is
parallel to the street.
