This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a gable roof over the open front porch. The two-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance flanked by fixed
and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in cement
asbestos shingle siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves.
The axis of the roof' is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include
a detached garage.
