This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
gable overdoor and an attached garage. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset front entrance flanked by fixed and casement
windows. The frame construction is finished in cement asbestos shingles
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt
shingles and features boxed eaves. There is an interior metal stovepipe.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
