This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an open projecting porch which has a hipped roof, concrete steps and wrought-iron supports and railing. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled and vertical wood siding. The house sits on a low concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with red asphalt shingles. Outbuildings include a detached garage.
