This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a flush front entry on a concrete stoop. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double-hung and
fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in horizontal asphalt
shingle and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-hipped combination
roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a small gable
dormer-type vent on each side. Outbuildings include a detached garage.
