Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story double-family residence has an irregular plan with an enclosed front porch in the front corner. The frame construction is finished in stucco with wood shingles in the gable ends, and rests on a concrete covered with stucco foundation. The windows are 1/1 double-hung and fixed 2-lite and 4-lite windows , with a leaded panel about the door. The gable-hipped combination roof is covered with tan and gold asphalt shingles and features a brick chimney and returning eaves. Outbuildings include a two-bay detached garage with a metal roof and brick and hollow tile construction.
