This detached one-story single-family -residence has a T-shaped plan with a gable
overdoor above the front entrance. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists
of fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in
asbestos and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central metal stovepipe
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Additions have been added to both
sides. Outbuildings include a garage.
