This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an L=shaped
plan with an open front porch with a gable roof in the interior of the ell .
The two-bay construction is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front
entrance with fixed, 1/1 double-hung and casement windows. The frame construction
is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a cinderblock foundation. The gable-
hipped roof is covered with red-blue asphalt shingles and features dormers
and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage.
