This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a T-shaped
plan with an enclosed front porch in the front ell , with a flat shaped roof
and a balcony above. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset
front entrance with 1/1 doublehung windows. The frame construction is finished
in asphalt shingles and the gable roof is covered with dark asphalt shingles
with a shed-roofed dormer. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular to
the street.
