This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with a projecting flat-roofed bay extension defining the front entrance. The symmetrical facade is composed of a central front entrance flanked by 1/1 double-hung and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. It has a flat roof of built-up materials and the entire structure is very geometrical in design.
