This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an
attached garage. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of an off-
center front entrance flanked by double-hung and casement windows. The
frame construction is finished in hardboard siding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The hipped roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and
features boxed eaves. There is one offset exterior metal stovepipe.
