This detached one-story single family residence has a rectangular plan with
an attached garage. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an
off-center glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed casement windows
with metal awnings. The frame construction is finished in hardboard siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red-grey
asbestos shingles and features boxed eaves. There is one central interior
metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
