This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed corner porch and a side entry as well with hood. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer and shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney. There is a detached garage to one side.
