This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
recessed front entry under a hipped main roof. A separate hipped roof garage
is attached. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset
front entrance and fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is
finished in brick veneer and 6" bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation.
The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves
and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the Street.
