This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
flush front entry above a concrete stoop. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of a central front entrance with fixed, casement and 2/2 double-
hung windows. The frame construction is finished in 6" bevel siding and rests
on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with grey-green asphalt
shingles anf features boxed eaves and a metal stovepipe. The outbuildings
include an attached flat-roofed garage.
