This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
gable roof over a front bay projection enclosing the front entrance. The
one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance
with fixed, casement and 1/1 double-hung windows. The door has a round
windows. The frame construction is finished in 6" bevel siding and rests on
a concrete foundation. The hipped-gable combination roof is covered with
grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a metal stovepipe.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street with a front facing gable
intersect.
