This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
flush front entry. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an
offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows with awnings.
The frame construction is finished in cement asbestos siding and rests on
a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles
and features a metal stovepipe. The family room with a shed roof has been
added to the side. Outbuildings include a garden house of metal .
