This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
asymmetrical facade consisting of an off-center front entrance with fixed
and 2/2 double-hung windows with awnings. The frame construction is finished
in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is
covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a metal
stovepipe. Outbuilding include a garage.
