This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
recessed corner porch in front of the attached garage. The one-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed , casement
and 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in cement
asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and lies parallel to
the street.
