This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangulr plan with
a gable roof over the front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows.
The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and there is v-groove
wood on the front gable. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a metal stovepipe
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
