This detached one-story single-family residence has square plan with a
recessed corner porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of
an offset front entrance with 2/2 double-hung windows with shutters. The frame
construction is finished in cement asbestos siding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features
boxed eaves and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to
the street. Outbuildings include a two-bay garage.
