Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a cement step-stoop at the front entry. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and double-hung windows with awnings. The frame construction is finished in cement asbestos siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
