This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a hipped
roof including a recessed front entry and a separate attached flat-roofed garage.
The asymmetrical facade consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in clapboard and rests on a concrete
foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features
boxed eaves and two brick chimneys.
