This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed front entryway under the main hipped roof, and an attached two-car garage in the front bay under the main roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-set front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construc- tion is finished in brown masonite siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation with limestone veneer. The hipped roof is covered with green-red asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and an exterior masonry chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
