This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a greek cross plan with a shed-roofed enclosed porch on either side of the structure. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of off-center entrances with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in brick coursing and shingles in the gable ends. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-shed combination roof is covered with grey-green asphalt shingles and features shedroofed dormers and a concrete block exterior chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
