This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence (now a commercial structure) has a rectangular plan with an open front porch under a shed roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in wood channel siding and asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-shed combination roof is covered with blue, brown and silver asphalt shingles and features dormers and a metal stovepipe. Shed roofed additions have been added to both sides of the original structure.
