Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story double-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed shed-roofed front porch with gable overdoor above the entrance. The asymmetrical facade features 212 double-hung , fixed and diamond-shaped windows. The frame construction is finished in 6" beveled siding and sits on a concrete foundation . The combination roof is covered with asphalt shingles with large square on the roof shingles on the porch. The roof has a brick interior chimney and returning eaves. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular to the street. 1 HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,andlor historical oatterns associated with ,he s;ruc*.ure s and surrounding area lend the property significance.
