1985 revision
Matt Cohen , surveyor
A very significant example of the Colonial Revival style
despite the asbestos shingle sheathing , this pattern book house
is especially important as one of the very few historically
significant structures on the north side of W . Main St . - today
largely a high-speed commercial strip .
The original owner may have been L . Reese Wells , as assistant
cashier at the Commercial National Bank ( today the First Bank
Bozeman ) .
