PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single family residence has an irregular
plan with a hip-roofed open front porch and attached shed-roofed single-car
garage. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center
front entrance with a central front 16-paned window and two 1/1 double-hung
windows on the upper story. The porch is supported by six posts in groups
of two, the railing is semi-open with vertical wood boards. The frame
construction is finished in wood siding and rests on a rubble foundation.
The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed
returning eaves. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof
is perpendicular to the street. Additions include the attached garage.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events associated
with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a
potential historic district atue to its association with the residential aspect
of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
