PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This office structure has a square plan with a second-story 1-shaped plan. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a front entrance with casement and fixed windows enhanced by boxed frames over the separately hung windows. There is a southside entry in a one-half hexagonal shapewith an overhanging roof. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer on part of the ground floor and 8" cedar shiplap siding in natural color, with vertical trim at the corners and around the windows and doors. The structure sits on a low concrete foundation. The gable-hipped combination roof features numerous angles and is covered with cedar shingles. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
