This one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a daylight basement and a flat-roofed overhang over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed windows. The brick construction sits on a concrete foundation and has a gable roof covered with white asphalt shingles. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a four-bay carport.
