This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a concrete stoop by the flush front entry. The frame construction is finished
in clapboard with wood trim and sits on a concrete foundation. Windows are
fixed and the gable roof is covered with light grey asphalt shingles. The
axis of the main roof is parallel to the street with an intersecting gable
along the same wall line. Outbuildings include a garage.
