This one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an attached garage
under a slight gable that projects to form the front porch in front of the
gable roof of the main structure. The frame construction is finished in man-made
siding and sits on a concrete foundation. It features fixed windows and a gable
roof covered with asphalt shingles. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to
the street.
