This one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a corner recessed
front porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front
entrance with fixed, shuttered windows under metal arched awnings. The frame
construction is covered with shingles (man-made material ) and sits on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features
three small stovepipes. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage.
