This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gabled hood over the door. The four-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists
of an off-center front entrance with 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame con-
struction is finished in shingles and rests on a cinderblock foundation.
The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
