This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a hood over the front door. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists
of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by three-pane fixed windows
and double-hung 4/1 windows. The frame construction is finished in aluminum
siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The clipped gable roof is covered
with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters
There is one central brick chimney. Outbuildings include a garage with
false front and flat roof.
