This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed front shed-roofed entry. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows of a 1/1 sash arrangement and fixed six-paned windows. The frame construction is finished in masonite with wood shingles on the upper part. The gable roof features boxed eaves and two central interior brick and metal chimneys. Outbuildings include a garage with drop siding and asphalt roof material .
