This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square
plan. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front
entrance with fixed and 4/4 or 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction
if finished in wood shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with wine-grey asphalt shingles and features one brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
