This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a projecting gabled entry supported by large wood brackets over concrete
steps. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front
entrance with double-hung 6/1 windows with wood shutters. The frame construction
is finished in wide horizontal siding with corner boards and rest on a
cinderblock foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles
and features one exterior brick chimeny. The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street. The horizontal siding is an alteration to the original building.
Outbuildings include a one-car garage.
