This detached one-and-one-half story double-family residence has an irregular
plan with a shed-roofed main entry and a daylight basement. The two-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consits of an offset front entrance with an arched opening
and 3/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt
shingles and lies parallel to the street with a front-facing intersecting gable.
The outbuildings include an attached flat-roofed garage.
