This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed wrap-around porch which has a hipped roof and concrete steps. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double hung windows and hinged cottage sash windows on the porch. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a low concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and is perpendicular to the street.
