This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an
attached garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an
off-set glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed, double-hung windows
or a 6/6 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in wide
siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with
grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and one central interior
brick chimney.
