Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gabled hood over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed windows and casement windows with 3-panes. The frame construction is finished in shingles and on the lower level brick. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features over- hanging eaves and one offset interior brick chimney. The outbuildings include a garage.
