This detached one-story single-family residence has an irregular plan with a
metal awning over the small front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offcenter front entrance with fixed 12-paned windows and
a small porthole window by the entry. The frame construction is finished in
clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with
brown asphalt shingles and has an exterior masonry chimney. Outbuildings include
an attached garage.
