This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an attached garage, a recessed entry near the garage, and metal awnings on
the front windows. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an
off-center front entrance with fixed and 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame
construction is finished in stucco and rests on a low concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with blue asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and
an interior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
